Refund Policy

1. Full Refunds

You are eligible for a full refund if:

• The engineer review finds the design cannot be built within our service scope, and no fix is agreed.
• We cancel your order due to parts unavailability and cannot find acceptable substitutes.
• You cancel within 24 hours of placing the order, before engineer review begins.

2. No Refunds After Fabrication

Once PCB fabrication starts, we cannot issue refunds. You will have already approved the design after engineer review at that point.

3. Test Failures

If boards fail testing, we rework or replace them at no charge. Test failures do not qualify for refunds.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are refundable only if we cancel the order. If you cancel after review approval, shipping costs are not refunded.

5. Subscription Refunds

Subscription fees are non-refundable. You can cancel at any time; your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period.

6. Credit Refunds

Purchased credits are non-refundable. Unused credits remain in your account and do not expire.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at refunds@ohmbo.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.
