1. Proto Kit Orders
A Proto Kit includes: AI design service, factory engineer review, five assembled and tested prototype boards, and all design files.
2. Review and Approval
All prototype orders are reviewed by a factory engineer before fabrication. You will receive a review report. If the design requires changes, we will work with you to fix them or provide a full refund.
3. Lead Time
Typical lead time is 10–15 working days from review approval to shipment, plus courier transit time (2–5 days) [TBD]. Lead times shown at checkout are estimates and not guarantees.
4. Testing
Each board is tested before shipping. You receive a test report for each board. Test failures result in rework or replacement, not refunds.
5. Shipping and Duties
Shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on destination. Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are the buyer's responsibility.
6. Prohibited Destinations
We cannot ship to sanctioned countries or regions. Check current restrictions before ordering.
7. Design File Delivery
Design files (KiCad project, Gerbers, BOM, STEP) are delivered electronically and remain accessible in your account. Physical boards are shipped separately.
8. Volume Production
You can take your design files to any manufacturer for volume production. We also offer volume production quotes through our partner factory. Request a quote from your order page.
