Acceptable Use Policy

This policy defines acceptable and prohibited uses of Ohmbo services. Violating this policy may result in account suspension or termination.

2. Prohibited Applications

You may not use Ohmbo to design:

• Mains-powered (AC) circuits or high-voltage systems
• Medical devices or life-support equipment
• Automotive safety systems (airbags, ABS, steering)
• Aerospace or aviation systems
• Weapons, weapon components, or explosive devices
• Surveillance or wiretapping devices intended for unauthorized use

3. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Abuse, harass, or threaten factory engineers or support staff
• Submit designs that infringe third-party intellectual property
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or circumvent the service
• Use the service to harm others or violate laws
• Resell the service without authorization

4. Compliance with Export Controls

You are responsible for ensuring your designs comply with export control laws and regulations in your jurisdiction and the destination country.

5. Reporting Violations

If you become aware of a violation of this policy, report it to abuse@ohmbo.com

6. Consequences of Violations

Violating this policy may result in: warning, account suspension, account termination, refusal of future orders, or referral to law enforcement.
